The COVID-19 virus is having a significant impact on library technical services units and departments. This has included figuring out how to work remotely while many libraries around the country are closed or semi-closed. Come and discuss with your colleagues your ideas and plans for working, managing, and collaborating during this time.
In this e-Forum, attendees will explore:
- Ways to effectively telecommute
- Planning technical services projects to do from home
- How to keep in touch with colleagues while practicing social distancing
- Best practices for managing a remote team
